This Privacy Policy explains how M.A.G Apparel NYC, operating as Motivated & Gifted (“M&G,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, shop, or communicate with us through MagApparelNYC.com (the “Site”).

Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. M&G does not directly store full payment-card numbers.
