Made-to-order production

M&G pieces are produced after your order is placed. Most orders require approximately 5–7 business days for production before shipment. First-time artwork approvals, garment availability, private-label components, order complexity, peak periods, or quality-control review may require additional time.

Domestic shipping

After production is complete, standard domestic delivery generally takes 2–7 business days. Production and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Carriers may need up to 48 hours to display movement after a label is created.

Shipping addresses

Please confirm your name, apartment or unit number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after production begins and are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Carrier delays and lost packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delays caused by weather, service interruptions, peak volume, or other events outside our control may occur. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package appears lost, email us with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. Then contact us promptly so we can help review the available tracking information. M&G is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

International orders

If international checkout is available for your destination, rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.
